Large Brown Stoneware Birch Vase

Both functional and sculptural, my handmade birch vases are intended for everyday use, filled with seasonal flowers to warm the home. Built using soft slabs and a texture, I press into the clay, every vase is different and has it's own personality and feel.

This large vase is made from brown stoneware and glazed chocolate brown on the inside. The outside is left raw and stained to bring out the birch texture.
