I love making bowls. Since I hand-build using soft slabs, my bowls are pieced together with seams and are never perfectly round. I'm drawn to the organic, natural feel they have, and they look great on a nice oak table filled with fruit, acorns, or left as is. The outside of this small bowl has a faux bois wood grain, left raw but stained to highlight the texture while the inside is glazed.
